 What is Hepatitis ?

Hepatitis is a serious health issue. It is a disease refers to an inflammatory condition of the liver.  It’s commonly affected by viral infection. There are other factors can be such as, drugs, toxins, and alcohol. Most common symptoms are fatigue, sudden nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, clay-coloured bowel movements, loss of appetite, low -grade fever, dark urine and  joint pain.

These two types of encyclopaedias are online and easily access in any time for any information, but in the same time that is very important to find reliable sources. Many students researching online to find reliable websites. As everyone know the Wikipedia is not really reliable because it has ability to edit any information on. The both of them has various types of information also people can easily find about any topic.

Mortgage debt causing older Australians distress and worsening mental health


The average mortgage debt of those aged 55 and older has increased in the late 1980s.Many older Australians are struggling to pay their mortgage debt before they get retired.According to AHURI study the statistics are really distressing, this study also found that the growth in home loan debt among older Australian people has exceed improvement in credit amount and wages.After rise of the prices the mortgage debt lugged by people aged over 55 in 2015 was increased 600 % on 1987 levels.”The Australian government can foresee that will built actually totally burden in condition of the amount of funds that they will have to alter to the elderly pension system “said Professor Ong ViforJ.In addition, the older Australian people hope that they will completely pay their mortgage before they retired.

Housing Affordability in Australia

 
This bar graph shows nominal median housing affordability between March 1980, and March 2016 in capital cities in Australia. The prices have gone up since 1980. Sydney has the highest housing prices from all other capital cities.The lowest housing prices are available in Hobart. In general we can see the housing prices rocketing in the whole country.

The Australian government has listed the koala as a threatened species in parts of the country. This species faces a serious threat from factors such as urban expansion and climate change. According to a report from environment minister,Tony Burke, the koalas population is declining by 40% in Queensland and NSW over the past two decades.The decision by Burke follows a Senate report released last year that made 19 recommendations, including listing the species as threatened in certain areas of the country and boosting the funding for koala monitoring. This report outlined numerous threats to the koala, including climate change, disease and habitat loss.


Personal Opinion:

Koalas are a much-loved Australian iconic animals they are also a tourism money spinner, so the Australian government should find a quick solution to protect these lovely animals.
